What does the testing process look like?
1. Welders create a weldment from pipe or plate.
2. The weldment is sent to our testing lab.
3. Certified Welding Inspectors perform a visual inspection (VT).
4. Test specimens (bend, tensile, impact, macro) are prepared and processed.
5. Final results are documented, and a Welding Engineer issues the required reports (WPS, PQR, etc.).
